Ability to interpret engineering drawings, and schematics. Strong communication and coordination abilities alongside Customer‑focused mindset. Ability to work under pressure in field environments. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Experience with field service management systems. Basic project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
