WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Talent Acquisition Partner , you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. You will be accountable for delivering a high-quality, compliant, and consistent hiring experience while strengthening organizational hiring capability. Your responsibilities will include: Owning full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across all functions, ensuring a structured, consistent, and effective hiring process Partnering with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and deliver targeted sourcing and selection strategies aligned with market insights Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience from attraction through onboarding Leading and coordinating the onboarding experience for new hires to support successful integration and early engagement Ensuring governance and compliance across the talent acquisition process, including proper documentation, adherence to employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements Educating and enabling business leaders on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and process compliance to strengthen hiring capability across the organization Supporting the execution of Masco Canada’s employer branding strategy by representing the organization at external events and strengthening our presence in targeted talent markets Contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational priorities and continuous improvement WHAT YOU WILL BRING Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in a mid- to large-sized organization Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selection best practices Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, etc.) Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation Advance skills in the project management Nice-to-Have CHRP or CHRL designation Experience in HR business partnering or succession planning Experience in a global or matrixed organization WHO YOU ARE We are looking for someone who is: Agile & Adaptable – Thrives in a dynamic, changing environment An Effective Communicator – Builds strong relationships with leaders and candidates alike Customer-Focused – Delivers a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates Highly Organized – Manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Eager to Learn – Continuously seeks growth and improvement Why Join Masco Canada? Hiring Range: $67,900.00 - $106,590.00 CAD     The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.     Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
