Ensure that pre - alerts are sent to agents for scheduling services. 5. Ensure that communication with agents, related teams a nd suppliers is clear and objective. 6. Ensure that the process is done cor r ectly with the agent in accordance with each established procedure. 7. Support new team members in their training process 8. Maintain and complete specific tasks assigned by th e team leader. 9. Ensure that operational controls are properly updated and monitored . MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1.
