Maintain and update relevant process and system documentation following new implementations or changes. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience leading global logistics and supply chain projects, either as project owner or key contributor. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience collaborating with IT teams on system implementations, process improvements, and testing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver updates and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. An open mindset with the ability to adapt to change and think beyond existing processes and functionalities. Deep supply chain expertise, enabling quick judgment on which stakeholders to engage to ensure business alignment and impact. Ability to balance a strategic, big-picture perspective with strong attention to detail in execution. Education/Experience: 6+ years of process improvement experience within a warehousing and logistics environment. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
