Your Impact: Support day-to-day client service by issuing certificates and Auto ID cards and assisting with policy-related requests. Review, process, and check policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes for accuracy and completeness. Generate invoice requests and manage loss runs to support renewals and ongoing client needs. Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity. Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals. Follow established documentation, compliance, and E&O procedures to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation. Engage in corporate initiatives and collaboration efforts that promote accountability, learning, and team success.
