Player Development : - Implement engaging and age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. - Foster a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued. 2. Game Management: - Lead and coordinate team participation in league matches, ensuring a fair and positive experience for all players. - Emphasize the importance of effort, improvement, and enjoyment over strict competition. 3. Communication: - Maintain open and clear communication with players, parents, and league organizers. - Provide regular updates on player progress and team activities. 4.
