What's Available: Hours: 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE) Starting wage of $18.63 + more with experience Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays! Typical hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Department: Emplify EMS and Tri-State Ambulance Location: La Crosse, WI - Fully on-site What You'll Do: Provide high-level administrative support to the EMS director and immediate leadership team. Provide advanced clerical and administrative support using various computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe. Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff. Independently research, design, format, and prepare advanced reports, correspondence, and documents. Assist in meeting management, including setting up meetings and taking minutes. Serve as a resource and mentor to other office assistants within the division. Provide light clerical support for other office functions as needed. Associate degree in a related field is a plus. 3-4 years of relevant office, secretarial, or administrative experience; healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude with personal integrity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other computer applications; experience with Epic is a plus.
