Effective time management skills in order to facilitate multiple priorities and firm deadlines Strong analytical, financial analysis and problem solving skills Experience and working knowledge of SAP Proficient English writing and communication skills required Must be able to lead projects and teams effectively and drive for outstanding results Job Description: Manage $60MM+ in Turkiye direct spend for chemical purchases/Indirect procurement Develop and execute regional Direct/indirect /Logistics procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Develop effective and efficient procurement strategies for categories under management Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop procurement plans Identify and implement cost savings projects which meet or exceed company objectives while ensuring reliable support Manage on-going supplier performance to meet or exceed all metrics regarding service, performance, quality, cost and sustainability Finalizing Quarterly pricing for the Raw materials and Finished Goods with contract manufacturers Forecast Raw material and Packaging material price trends  and its impact on future activities Work closely with the legal department in drafting and executing the contracts with favourable terms and conditions
