负责电机、水泵/热管理系统的结构仿真分析工作，确保产品在结构强度、疲劳寿命、配合公差、振动噪声等方面的可靠性与性能较好，支撑产品从概念设计到量产的全流程开发。 工作职责:  1、负责公司产品电子水泵/热管理系统的结构静力学、结构动力学、结构振动仿真、应力应变、疲劳以及模态分析。并对仿真结果准确性负责，能够正确解读仿真结果并能提出可落地优化建议，解决研发/生产中的产品结构性问题； 2、负责仿真结果和测试结果的对标，并能够根据测试结果修正仿真模型，根据仿真结果优化测试方法，确保仿真结果的准确性和可靠性； 3、制定电机CAE仿真标准与流程，积累案例库，提升团队仿真效率与精度； 4、结构动力学和多物理场耦合仿真。 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历，力学/机械等相关专业； 2、5年以上CAE经验，具备扎实理论知识和丰富的项目实施经验； 3、具有扎实的振动/结构强度/疲劳等方面的理论知识； 4、熟悉各类建模以及仿真软件，如ANSYS、ABAQUS等； 5、具备丰富的电机/齿轮箱产品与结构相关的NVH分析、诊断与优化实战经验优先； 6、具有较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
