Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.   Partner with the best   The Project Management Professional – Project Staff is responsible for delivering assigned projects, managing contribution margin, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination of activities, resources, and stakeholders. As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Staff, you will be responsible for:   Working closely with the the Lead Project Management team to identify issues and demands arising in ITO, map gaps, and collaborate with the ITO team to mitigate them. Analyzing proposal T&Cs to ensure alignment with applicable Baker Hughes policies and procedures. Supporting the ITO and Sourcing teams during the Proposal phase in building the budget and clarifying any assumptions and constraints. Defining feasible strategies for project execution according to what was outlined during the Proposal phase. Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have 1-3 years of experience in project management. Have fluent English proficiency. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized university.
