What you will be doing: You will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. You will translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements You will complete application acceptance, validate, modify and test configuration work and business workflow requirements You will be delivering high quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integration projects. What you bring: Minimum of 10 years experiece in BA / Consultation Extensive commercial lending knowledge / experience Knowledge of related products and services Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, iterative and other modern approaches to software development Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc. Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients Able to work to tight timelines, be commercially aware, and have the ability to work well within a team structure and independently Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts What we offer you:   At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
