What you’ll do Own and execute the sales strategy for Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer in Oceania Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, setting clear direction and accountability Drive profitable growth across base business, projects, and new market opportunities Build and elevate sales channel management, working closely with distributors, integrators, and system builders Develop and strengthen channel partners to take them to next level in growth Develop and deliver business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets Drive disciplined sales execution through CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales processes Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, and Global Business Units to deliver on aligned activities Support product launches, digital initiatives, and customer engagement activities across the region What you bring Proven experience leading sales teams and channels in hygienic process applications Strong background working with distributors, integrators, and system builders Commercial acumen with the ability to turn strategy into execution Experience in fluid handling products: pumps, valves, tank equipment, installation material and/or heat transfer technologies (or closely related equipment) A leadership style that motivates, develops, and drives accountability Confidence working in a matrix, global organization A results‑driven, customer‑centric mindset Why join Alfa Laval?
