Responsibilities: Serves as a strategic business partner to Brand Management and R&D, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated business outcomes. Qualifications, Education & Experience: 5–7 years of experience delivering high-quality, impactful insights and analytics within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA considered an asset. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end insights initiatives, integrating multiple data sources, retail dynamics, and consumer and cultural perspectives through a data-driven, evidence-based approach. Proven track record of translating insights into actionable business recommendations that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable results. Strong proficiency across a range of quantitative and qualitative research tools and methodologies, including Nielsen, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant narratives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines. Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
