Schedule Options: Monday- Friday 2nd shift (3p-11p) Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Starting Pay $22.39 +$1.50 Night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What you’ll do: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Perform visual and precision dimensional inspections using various tools and equipment Conduct product testing and accurately record results in required systems Monitor equipment and processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures Identify and report safety, quality, or environmental concerns, including near misses Complete documentation for material release, shift reports, and quality records Prepare certificates of analysis and support product release activities Verify calibration of measuring and testing equipment Support in-process quality checks and collaborate with production and maintenance teams Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure alignment and issue resolution Educate and support team members on quality standards and procedures Represent the quality system during customer tours and audits What We Want From You: Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with inspection tools and quality testing methods Experience working with electronic systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, and engineering teams Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality What We Value Our Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.
