Job Description Role Overview: Power Up Your Potential   Join Amcor as an   Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician   and   support operations by   maintaining , troubleshooting,   repairing   and   optimizing   all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited   to:   construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling,   automation   and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion as directed by the Maintenance Manager.   Schedule   Shift:   NIGHTS Monday – Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.   Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized   We reward   great work   with:   Pay:   $30.90+/hour (based on experience) + $1.00/hour night shift premium   Overtime:   1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week   401(k):   Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%   Benefits:   Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on   day one   Paid time off and holidays   Growth and development opportunities   Job Description: Possibility Unpacked   What   you’ll   do:   Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems   Install,   modify , and   maintain   motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment   Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime   Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards   Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively   Document work performed and   maintain   accurate   records   Proactively   identify   improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency   What We Want   From   You: Lead the Pack   Preferred qualifications:   High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/ electronics   preferred   3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting   Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting   Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals   Computer   proficiency , including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems   Strong communication , problem-solving, and teamwork skills   Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment   Capable of   lifting up   to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment   What We Value   Our Core Values guide us:   Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.   Physical Requirements   Stand, walk, bend, and   lift up   to 50 lbs.   Work on and around machinery for extended periods   Use hands, arms, and tools for electrical troubleshooting and repair   Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment   Why Amcor?   Be part of a global leader while working in a team-driven environment at our   Asheville plant .
