Your mission is to educate potential customers on the value of our products and services, focusing on web hosting, digital marketing, and agency partnerships.      In this position, we have the opportunity to make an impact on every interaction we have   and be the face of Bluehost.   The SDR role is a great fit for candidates looking to quickly accelerate their careers and eventually become Account Executives.   Join our award-winning sales team in chasing a multi - b illion dolla r   market opportunity, all while jumpstarting your   sales   career in a fun, fast-paced environment.   What  you’ll  do & how  you’ll  make   an impact .   Connect   with   Digital   Agencies and other Business   customers who have inquired about our products or services online as well as engaging new prospects and introducing them to our core product offerings.     W ork closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and book meetings and demos.     Complete   critical   account and market   research   on new and perspective clients   and   collaborate on prospecting strategies .     Become an expert in our offerings, empowering Agencies by educating them on how our services can elevate their operations and help them achieve their business goals.   Shine with your exceptional communication skills, connecting with   a   diverse   customer base   and building rapport quickly—whether   it’s   over the phone , chat, email, or social media   Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying customer-focused and delivering top-notch service.   Represent Bluehost at industry events and help drive meeting and demo bookings   Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io and Salesforce to build and manage your pipeline       Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.   You’ve  had   a   1 -3 years   of sales   or retail experience   under your belt where  you’ve  consistently achieved and/or exceeded goals   You’re  a competitive person with a drive to win and help others win too   You’re  a self-starter with a strong business acumen to think on your feet creatively to solve customer’s needs   Strong verbal and written skills that enable you to educate, influence, and engage prospects effectively .      You’re  flexible, a master at juggling and prioritizing multiple deliverables   You have an eagerness to learn, a high-performance work ethic, and  a great sense  of humor   You have high ethical standards with a s trong integrity in sales and customer relationships.    Knowledge of WordPress,  Server  and Cloud solutions or   previous   experience   in the hosting industry is a strong plus.     Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense and Outreach.io, along with general tech savviness   is helpful but not   required .       Why you’ll love us.     Work-life balance.  Our work is thrilling and meaningful, but we know balance is key to living well.   We celebrate one another’s differences.    We’re  proud of our culture of diversity and inclusion.
