Develop an annual product marketing plan and execute to effectively market Edwards existing products to constituents including Edwards's sales representatives, clinicians and hospital administrators. How you'll make an impact: • Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials, and deliver sales force training • Develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies using established brand guidelines and procedures • Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements • Collaborate with regional marketing and demand planning (Irvine) to clarify demand forecasts for manufacturing and sales operations • Lead sections of projects for the Congress Management process • Manage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution process • Drive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders • Develop product and kit labels required for regional product approvals • Responsible for other activities including CAPA duties, KOL engagement, and Marcom • Other incidental duties What you'll need (required): Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3 years' experience of work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 1 Year experience of related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred What else we look for (preferred): • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills • Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills • Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics • Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles • Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources (internal and external as the opportunities arise) • Strict attention to detail • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control   Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $87,000 to $123,000 (highly experienced).
