As an Associate Director, you’ll play a senior role in our UK tax practice, managing client engagements, driving compliance and advisory services, and mentoring talented professionals. This is a delivery-focused leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves balancing technical expertise with team development. Duties and responsibilities: People: Manage and support a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth. Provide coaching and feedback to foster a positive, inclusive culture. Assist the Director with onboarding, training, and performance initiatives. Client: Lead UK corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Escalate complex technical issues to senior leadership when needed. Value: Ensure timely, accurate delivery of engagements aligned with regulatory standards. Contribute to revenue growth through efficient project management and client retention. Champion process improvements and leverage tax technology tools. Stay current with UK tax legislation and share knowledge internally. Education and Experience: Qualifications:  ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional certification. Experience:  Strong UK corporate tax background, ideally from a mid-tier or Big Four firm. Skills: Deep technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus Points:  Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, or tax automation tools.
