This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves balancing technical expertise with leadership. Duties and responsibilities: People Manage and mentor a talented team of tax professionals. Foster a positive, inclusive culture where people grow and succeed. Drive onboarding, training, and performance initiatives. Client Oversee UK corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service. Ensure timely, accurate delivery of engagements aligned with regulatory standards. Value Contribute to revenue growth through efficient project management and client retention. Champion process improvements and leverage tax technology tools. Stay ahead of UK tax legislation and share knowledge internally. Education and Experience: Qualifications:  ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional certification. Experience:  Strong UK corporate tax background, ideally from a mid-tier or Big Four firm. Skills: Deep technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation. Exceptional organisational and project management abilities. Excellent communication - written and verbal. Bonus Points:  Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, or tax automation tools.
