The Role We’re looking for driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing SMB Fleet team. We’re building out a high-impact SDR team , and this isn’t a “smile and dial” environment. This is a role where you’ll own pipeline, work real opportunities, and develop skills that set you up for a long-term career in sales . You’ll be working a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound , engaging with real prospects and contributing directly to revenue. You’ll also be part of a team being built from the ground up — with hands-on coaching, strong leadership, and clear opportunities to advance quickly.
