Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team, formerly Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Commercial Insurance Coverage Quality Control Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will m onitor and assist in the compliance of the risk management (Insurance Operations) program for the Profit Center in accordance with set guidelines, policies and practices. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review and check policies, endorsements, and other relevant insurance documents Review underwriting applications, submissions, policies, and endorsements Perform underwriting review of quotes, applications, endorsements and/or renewals Complete policy checklist Provide support to teammates and other departments as needed Performing other relevant duties when needed Qualifications: Property & Casualty license (must attain no later than one year from date of hire if not held at time of hire) Two or more years of proven experience Strong attention to detail Strong time-management skills and the ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks Strong keyboard and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of agency management systems (AMS, ImageRight) with aptitude to learn new software and systems Willingness to pursue professional insurance/technology courses preferred   Required 2-5 years related experience High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field Ability to multi-task in high fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suites Ability to use discretion and understand confidentiality issues   Additional Requirements Leadership responsibilities may be required. Willingness to travel as needed.
