This is a Manchester-based hybrid role at MediaCityUK This role supports our Commercial Real Estate and Property Tax teams and focuses on structured data extraction, legal documentation processing, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy within internal systems. The successful candidate will work extensively with word-heavy documentation (including leases and Land Registry records) and must demonstrate excellent written English and strong attention to detail. This position is centered on data quality, documentation accuracy and structured system maintenance within a professional office environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Duties and Responsibilities:  Extract structured information from leases, rating   lists   and other formal documentation within internal systems. Validate and   maintain   accurate   property and tenure data in line with defined quality standards.   Process and review legal documentation, including leases, freehold   registers   and rates information. Identify   data inconsistencies and escalate discrepancies where appropriate Support updates from third-party data sources ( e.g.   Land Registry, CoStar, EGI Radius). Assist   with rating list updates and ensure live tenure records   remain   accurate   and complete. Work within structured workflows to support process efficiency and data accuracy. Liaise with Surveyors,   Operations   and internal teams to verify and clarify information. Collaborate with the Hyderabad Data Extraction team to   maintain   governance and quality standards . Requirements:  6 GCSEs (grades 9–4 or A–C, or equivalent), including   Maths. Excellent written and spoken English (essential). Experience working in a structured office-based environment is strongly preferred. Strong administrative and data-handling skills. Comfortable working with documentation-heavy tasks and large volumes of written information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. #LI-Hybrid
