The Customer Service Representative I performs a variety of routine customer service-related functions such as handling telephone calls, processing Point of Sale (POS) transactions, assisting customers with questions and directions. The Customer Service Representative I is part of a job progression that includes Customer Service Representative I, II, and III. Key Responsibilities Greets customers and visitors with excellent customer service in a fast paced environment; responds to customer inquiries in-person and through phone, email, or chat; provides routine information and instruction regarding services, programs, and facilities; actively works towards the successful resolution of customer concerns and escalates matters according to established practices. Maintains customer records, information, and other details in support of services or programs; uses systems and technology to support customers with forms, registrations, purchases, and other program requirements.​ Follows facility and program policies and practices; monitors customer access to facility and programs and enforces policies with respect and consistency. Qualifications Experience: Two years of customer service and administrative experience is required along with excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office basic functions. The successful candidate will also need strong customer service, time management, and organization skills. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Licenses & Certifications: None Language: Proficiency with verbal and written English language required. Additional proficiency with Spanish preferred. Environmental or Physical Demands: May be required to lift at least 20 lbs.
