What You'll Be Doing:   Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery  Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability  Ensures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures  Acts as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences   Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership  Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future  What We Are Searching For:   Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry ​Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level  ​Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle  ​Global experience preferred ​In depth, multiple therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Psychedelics, Mood Disorders, and Epilepsy Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $122,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
