Raytheon Finance is hiring for the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director.   This role includes but is not limited in responsibility for financial planning & analysis of 8.7B in annual revenue for 2026.  Responsible for managing the LADS annual FP&A cycle including weekly metrics, monthly forecasting and quarterly reporting cycles from the Raytheon Business Unit through Raytheon and Corporate as required. The role controls the consolidated LADS financial review and requires partnership with the Sub SBU Leadership team.    This is a strategic business partner to the LADS President, LADS CFO, Raytheon VP FP&A and the CFO, which includes guidance on setting SBU level targets, functional actions to achieve business objectives, coordination of strategic alternatives in conjunction with Strategy and preparation of forecast recommendations for current quarter and year. Responsible for managing the LADS long range planning cycle including setting the cadence for the planning activities with strategy, Requirement & Capabilities, SBUs and functions on key deliverables as well as contributions to the bi-annual Operating Meeting and RTX Board of Defense reporting. Lead the investment planning and coordination activities for LADS and present allocation of investment resources to the RTX CFO and VP FP&A as required.  What You Will Do  Manage the financial operating cadence of the SBU (setting the review calendar, organizing the deliverables), delivering real-time insights into emerging trends in labor and material, and providing actionable insights for the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Leadership team.  Requires advanced business knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.  Experience developing annual / strategic financial and investment plans, driving rigorous forecasting and variance process, and developing mitigation strategies to achieve financial results.  Ability to collaborate with Senior LT across various Functions and Product Areas for plan / forecast / Action item closure.  Demonstrated ability to be flexible in a changing business environment and highly responsive to Corporation / Business Unit requested analysis, briefings, and data calls.  Qualifications You Must Have  Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field & a minimum of 14 years of prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 12 years of experience  Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role at RTX  Experience with Raytheon Program Finance and Functional Finance  Prior management experience leading teams  The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
