They act as the voice of the product and an advocate for the user. Write and edit product copy: Craft all text within the user interface, including headings, buttons, menu items, tooltips, error messages, and push notifications. Develop and maintain content style guides: Create and document standards for tone, voice, and terminology to ensure consistency across the entire product and different platforms. Simplify complex information: Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language that is accessible to all users.
