Monitor and perform fee collection and payment for insurance coverage Monitor and perform end to end customer / account maintenance tasks such as bankruptcy and account closure. Monitor and perform checker’s role and authorization for other team members’ inputs where required to ensure accuracy and timely in processing/settlement of the transactions. Monitor and perform cash management and remittance support. Handle customer inquiries/feedback, call-back, problem solving and resolutions. Assist in periodic reporting for management, treasury, finance, HO and regulator. Provide leave cover/ad-hoc to support team/department’s daily activities when required to minimize any disruption to service delivery. Escalate potential operational issues, provide recommendations and suggestions for processes and workflows for SOP to deliver daily tasks efficiently and to mitigate risk effectively. Update procedures in SOP to reflect changes to relevant HO and local policies, regulatory requirements and risk control measures to ensure compliance Assist in provide training and OJT to new/junior staff and trainees when assigned Assist in ad-hoc tasks / team projects when assigned Review credit agreements and relevant documents to ensure operational feasibility Monitor and perform agency loan administration and coordinate with other participating banks for loan drawdown, disbursement and repayment.
