The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a role focused on GLPI(Asset Management Tool) and ELK Stack administration preferably, and must be able to demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation playbooks, scripts, and integrations to streamline processes in GLPI and the ELK Stack. Design, implement, and maintain the GLPI and ELK Stack environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Has experience as or have worked as a Unix/Windows administrator/engineer. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions and monitoring dashboards. Act as a key resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to GLPI, ELK, and their automation workflows. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, configurations, and best practices. Keep up to date with the latest features, security patches, and best practices for GLPI, ELK, and related automation technologies. Skills & Experience We Are Looking For: Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and/or automation tools (e.g., Ansible). Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Good communication and documentation skills.
