Develop dashboards and reports to provide data-driven management insights. Validate data and reports periodically for accuracy. Define, create, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support overall business strategy. Support business owners by identifying and driving efficiency in regular tasks through automation and process streamlining. Requirements Education/Qualification: A degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or related quantitative or qualitative fields is preferred. Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with dashboarding, compiling management reports, and Management Information System (MIS) data pulling. Ability to automate reporting processes as needed by the team and the company. Must have experience in writing ProgreSQL; previous experience with Tableau and Python is an added advantage. Independent and experienced troubleshooter capable of identifying and proposing solutions to issues/problems. Proactive and curious with a strong sense of independence and self-reliance in finding solutions. Must have worked on the client/business side with a good understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), business impacts, and strong business acumen to drive business strategies.
