GENERAL DUTIES Onboarding and Training of new staff: - Assists with clinical educational requirements for staff, including completion of hospital defined competencies. - Assists Manager with completion of clinical competency in specific discipline. Coordinate Volunteers for area: - Establishes and maintains volunteer schedules in the area of practice. Coordinate supplies and ordering for area: - Coordinates ordering of supplies, forms, test materials with designated person to complete orders. Patient Care: - Chooses appropriate forms of evaluation. - Interprets evaluation findings. - Sets goals according to findings and patient input. Implementation of treatment plan: - Develops a treatment plan that is appropriate for the diagnosis and population of the patient. - Implements treatment plan with appropriate modifications as needed. - Re-assesses, revises goals and treatment plan as indicated by patient's status. Clinical Resource for Department: - Stays abreast with professional trends, maintains growth and licensure. - Acts as go to person for discipline or area specific general questions.
