Conduct multifaceted data research and analysis to support streamlined and effective business operations. Implement organization-wide process improvements, championing best practices for sustainable business process enhancements. Advocate for change and novel methods that upgrade product and service quality, ensuring heightened customer satisfaction. Build and share best practices to perpetuate a culture of continuous improvement, impacting the organization at all levels. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. 5+ years’ experience in business strategy and development, ideally within the beverage or FMCG sectors. Adept at negotiating and managing strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. Extensive knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Exceptional analytical skills, able to distill complex data into actionable strategies. Robust communication skills, coupled with the drive to influence change and encourage the adoption of best practices. Strategic decision-making abilities, with a focus on executing operational plans effectively.
