Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (the important stuff): Lead and deliver end‑to‑end Professional Services engagements across the full customer journey and enablement lifecycle. Advise customers on best practices for GRC solution rollout, adoption, and execution using your domain, industry, and product expertise. Coordinate work across teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Perform quality assurance on work delivered by Professional Services, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and customer value. Act as a mentor and coach to junior specialists and new hires, supporting capability and confidence building. Partner with Commercial Teams, PS leadership, and other stakeholders to reduce delivery risk and drive long‑term adoption. These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview: 3 – 10 years’ experience in a client‑facing, advisory, or consulting role (internal or external). This is an IC Role. A strong Customer First mindset, operating with urgency, accountability, and a focus on outcomes. Good Coding skills, experience with SQL, AI implementation, building agents.  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Excellent communication skills, including delivering workshops, presentations, and solution discussions with senior stakeholders. A passion for GRC, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and a consistent record of quality delivery. Relevant professional GRC accreditation (completed, in progress, or planned). It would be great if you had these too (nice to have): Experience managing customer expectations, timelines, and delivery milestones against a project plan. Understanding of forecasting, budget tracking, and working with Adoption or Engagement Managers to deliver projects fully in‑scope and on budget. Ability to interpret solution design plans and translate them into executable delivery activities. Confidence providing structured, constructive feedback to peers and team members.
