Job DescriptionAs a Data Transfer Team Lead, you will play a key role in the onboarding experience of our new clients. You will lead the technical team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) clinical and administrative data from third-party systems into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), MYLE.Reporting to the Director of Deployment, you will act both as a technical reference and as a people manager. Your mandate is multifaceted: contributing to critical data migration projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of transferred data, and supporting the performance and professional development of your development team. Your leadership will directly contribute to successful deployments and client satisfaction.Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & LeadershipSupervise, coach, and motivate the data migration development team to ensure quality and performance objectives are achievedPlan and distribute workload based on deployment priorities and client timelinesAct as a technical mentor to junior and intermediate developers to accelerate their growthParticipate in recruitment processes and conduct performance evaluationsOperations & Technical ExpertiseOversee the architecture of migration scripts and ETL engines to ensure reliability and optimal performanceLead the analysis and execution of complex or high-impact data migrationsEstablish and enforce quality standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and data integrity validationCollaborate closely with Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to manage client expectations and resolve technical blockersIdentify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce data transfer processing times
