Job DescriptionThe roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including but not limited to, ECM transactions and some DCM transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to Greater China equity capital markets transactions and debt capital markets transactions. Advise clients on transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and debt issuances.Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and disclosure materials.Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges in Mainland China and Hong Kong.Support client meetings, due diligence sessions, and deal execution across Greater China.Collaborate with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to deliver seamless client service.Participate in client meetings and conference calls to discuss transactional structures and legal issues.
