Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:•  Organize the technician and Engineering Operator manpower to support the manufacturing operation.•  Support engineering to develop the equipment to meet the requirement.•  Plan and follow the job assignment for technicians to meet the requirement.•  Communicate the information between engineer and / or Management to technician and Engineering Operator.•  Perform the Job or Project per Engineer/ Manager assignment•  Solve the trouble shooting in the manufacturing equipment.•  Follow WDTH HR rules and regulations.•  Follow WDTH QMS procedures.•  Follow WDTH EHS procedures.•  Follow WDTH ESD procedures.•  Follow WDTH Cleaning & Contamination procedures.•  Certify and follow up the process/tooling and equipment that related the job responsible.•  Attend the special training needed for the critical Process/Equipment per Engineer/ Manager Assignment.•  Immediately report to manager, engineer, supervisor, technician for any serious, urgent issue.•  New hirer or transfer employee have to pass the OJT period and current job certification require.
