Ideal candidate will have strong operational and project management skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Implement, manage, and monitor inspection scheduling for various inspection programs;- Communicate with business owners and managers to schedule appointments;- Conduct quality assurance review on inspections conducted and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or quality of work;- Attend internal and external meetings and coordinate with other city agencies;- Review and enter inspection data into agency systems, and conduct research and analysis of business information in agency databases;- Prepare and generate reports as needed for Enforcement management to track inspection goals and efficiency; - Report issues and trends to Enforcement management team and make recommendations to update policies and procedures and improve the day-to-day operations of the program;- Coordinates and assists with training of staff;- May perform other community related work and/or special assignments as necessary.PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOC - 10124
