You are confident in working closely with shareholder, C-level and senior management level? You enjoy translating strategy into tangible business results? Then the role as Corporate Strategy Program Manager (m/f/x) within our PMO team might be exactly the place to elevate your experience to the next level! With the skill set you have, you lead group wide strategic planning and reporting. In addition, you take responsibility for delivering strategic and in-house consulting projects across different business unit.Your playing fieldYou are leading the strategic planning process at business unit and department level from bi-annual planning to monthly reporting.Define the scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones together with the Senior Management Team.You prepare, moderate and keep minutes of monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.From conception and planning through to execution and results: you take end-to-end responsibility for projects, manage risks, issues and change control, ensuring regular communication to the project team.Manage project team members and be the central interface to all stakeholders and involved departments.Make recommendations on solutions in order to resolve issues.Continuously develop the PMO department’s processes, tools and best practice.
