Key Area Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA) modulesWork on production issues raised by users through ticketing toolsHandle incident resolution, problem management, and requests within defined SLAs.Work on IDOC/XML monitoring and require first level analysis and process the IDOCs in SAP.Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issuesWork on configuration changes based on business requirementsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure proper documentation on recurrent issues.Coordinate with ABAP, MM, SD, other functional and Supply chain teams for issue resolutionSupport UAT, regression issue replication in lower environment and testing.Interact with business users to understand issues and provide solutionsGood understanding of real-time business finance processesAbility to analyze SAP tables and error messages.Candidate should be willing to work in French ShiftCandidate should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
