Job DescriptionThe Compensation Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs that support organizational goals while ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and legal compliance. This on‑site role in Ocoee, Florida partners closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable, data‑driven compensation strategies.In this role, you will lead compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, job architecture, incentive planning, and FLSA classification analysis.
