Job DescriptionThis role is based in our Bugis Junction Towers office. The Marketing & Content Executive is part of the marketing team to support planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across the Maritime, Energy & Industrial portfolio. This role also provides conference and content coordination support, working closely with the Conference Producer.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning & ExecutionExecute marketing activities across digital channels.Coordinate production of marketing collaterals.Manage event registration systems.Support development and deployment of marketing assets.Coordinate photographers and videographers for on-site coverage.Provide administrative and operational support.Liaise with creative agencies and external vendors.Analytics & Lead GenerationUse enterprise marketing systems and databases for campaigns.Assist with data management and segmentation.Support post-event surveys and feedback collection.Track and consolidate campaign performance metrics.Partnership & CollaborationAssist in preparation of publicity contracts and materials.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for partnership commitments.Support identification and onboarding of new media partners.Conference & Content SupportProvide administrative and coordination support for conference programmes.Coordinate speaker and sponsor materials.Update programme changes and speaker information on event website.Coordinate speaker communications and logistics.Support scheduling and participation in preparatory calls.Maintain and update conference agendas and databases.
