Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Thailand Finance team.The role will be based at Ari Hills Building. JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Thailand Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Thailand business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful, timely analysis and other financial planning needs.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Thailand, in line with agreed templates and timetablesIdentify and promptly report risks and opportunities for the business by monitoring sales pacing and cost spending closelyUpdate commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and addressing them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriateProvide Business Partner support to event teamMonthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:Ensure revenue and costs are recorded correctly, and intercompany billings are performedAccruals are made in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.Build reports for review and analysis purposesLiaising with the auditorsConduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate financial performance.Responsible for the Intercompany rechargeEnsure all agreements are in placeStay updated on accounting principles and relevant financial regulations.Ad hoc queries / requests from stakeholders (Group/Division, Management, Business Partners etc)
