Job DescriptionOrganizational Relationship:This position is reported directly to Line 1 SupervisorSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:Be able to plan to prevent part shortages.Must have working Knowledge of all areas within the department.Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipients.Math & computer skills to calculate inventory.Strong leadership abilities.Strong organizational skills required.Description of Duties:Validate all SOS are signed off.Ensure and validate receivers.Participate in Physical inventoryManage accuracy of 3PLPerform safety audits.Leads area to achieve production goals.Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy.Work overtime and weekends.Train new team membersMotivate employees to perform their best.Assist the lead in the department and may fill in for him/her if absentAssist the materials coordinator and may fill in for him/her if absentOther duties as assigned.All applicants must follow Job Posting instructions as stated in the job bidding policy.  All applications must be provided to Human Resources by the deadline listed above.  The successful applicant will be notified by his/her supervisor of the start date for the new assignment.Successful applicants will be evaluated during their first 5 days in the new position.  If not capable of performing the new duties, they will be returned to either their previous job or any open position for which they qualify.
