Job DescriptionTHE POSITION: As a Data Science Analyst, you will support the team by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work with structured datasets, build dashboards, and assist in the development of analytical solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in data manipulation and visualization, and a collaborative mindset.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by: Collect, clean, and transform structured datasets.Develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.Perform exploratory data analysis and basic statistical evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.Document workflows and findings in a reproducible format.Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy standards.Stay updated on best practices in data visualization and reporting.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assignedEXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Travel (not frequent)Hours (minimum 40 Hours per week)Must be able to commute to the Rende office.
