Job DescriptionThe Turner & Townsend Technical Real Estate Advisory Team are looking for an experienced Hard FM and/or M&E Project Managers to join a major commission to deliver asset replacement works for a major aviation client. You will take responsibility for a number of diverse projects within the portfolio, taking them from inception through delivery to handover - covering all aspects of the project lifecycle. This initial assignment is a great stepping stone into a career with us.Key AccountabilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parametersIdentifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issuesEstablishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the projectProject planning, including producing the detailed project planWorking with the overall cross-functional project teamMonitoring and applying performance management techniquesManaging the change control processMonitoring and advising upon project financesManaging the flow of project information between the project team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsTaking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesUnderstanding the impacts of your projects on the operational team and the building's infrastructureReviewing and mitigating risks associated with each project being delivered
