Job DescriptionClose liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements​Establish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultants​Plan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections proposed by Contractors​Perform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the Client​Review and/ or approve all ITP and Checklist​Perform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met.​Recruiting qualified QC personnel as required​Plan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resources​Present the quality related issue to the Client weekly and escalate any significant issue for resolution​Attend & ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performed​Attend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors ​Attend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issues​Review contractors’ QC resources to ensure they are qualified for inspecting the works​Generate weekly report of Quality for the Client​Establish and review weekly QC activity plan of all QC personnel  ​Generate and review QC daily report ​Lead QAQC meeting with Contractors weekly​Lead Internal QAQC meeting with all QC personnel of all projects​Ensure all quality dossier have been put into Client’s documentation system​Validate or review the As built drawings generated by Contractors​Conduct Performance evaluation for all QC personnel as planned
