We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client’s Project and Programme management objectives working on major hyperscale projects.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Director, you will be responsible for:Leading and managing large-scale and complex data centre projects in the real estate sector, from feasibility, design, construction and completionDeveloping and implementing project strategies, plans and large scale budgets on complex construction projectsEstablishing and maintaining effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectMonitoring and reporting on project progress and other performance indicatorsManaging and mitigating risks and issuesPreparing and delivering written project communication materialsPreparing and presenting formal project progress and other reportsManaging and coordinating the client, contractors and designersAttending and chairing meetings and drafting minutes, etc.Other responsibilities, to include:Developing and delivering presentation materials for client pitches, etc.Managing and updating key information into the Turner & Townsend internal databaseProviding thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and innovations in the Data Centre real estate sector
