Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Human Resources (Operations), you will support the HR Manager in executing and coordinating the full spectrum of HR operational functions. This includes recruitment and onboarding, payroll support, employee records management, employee relations, engagement, and compliance.
