Job DescriptionAs part of the global AUMOVIO IT – Business Applications organization, you will support and further develop IT solutions for Non‑Production Material (NPM) Purchasing. You will act as a consultant, solution designer, and implementation expert for globally integrated Purchasing and Procurement processes across multiple SAP and non-SAP environments. This position can be filled in Regensburg (preferred) or Frankfurt.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and clarify complex business requirements from global NPM Purchasing stakeholders, covering both change requests and project-related demandsAdvise business departments, process owners, and key users on solution designs for global, end‑to‑end purchasing processesCoordinate or implement enhancements for standard and custom-developed applications across various technologies (Cloud, On‑Prem, JavaScript, FIORI, etc.)Maintain and continuously improve existing applications throughout their lifecycle in alignment with Incident and Change Management processesExecute software maintenance activities, including applying release notes, support packages, and upgradesActively participate in global IT projects, managing deliverables and ensuring alignment across multiple regionsCoordinate internal and external developers/consultants for global IT initiativesPlan, execute, and validate testing activities to ensure high-quality solution deliveryCollaborate closely with global colleagues across Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Controlling and Quality, ensuring alignment with internal customers worldwideProvide regular and ad-hoc status reports to project steering committees at executive levelWork within a complex system landscape consisting of 10+ productive SAP systems and various cloud and non-SAP solutions supporting global purchasing processes
