Job Description▪ Set initial performance focus on optimization of Capacity Utilization (cross-Plant); set up, drive and monitor related activities/projects cross-China Plants ▪ Derive initial China Operations Footprint strategy  ▪ Analyze & propose footprint related decisions for China Mgmt Board ▪ Drive and monitor overarching footprint goals for manufacturing ▪ Develop, set up and monitor cross-Plant activities/projects for reaching benefits or synergies related VPC, or PEPR, or speed  ▪ (Multi-) Project management for OpEx (Operational Excellence) projects ▪ Drive activities for cross-China Plants Optimization of Capacity Utilization ▪ Derive concept for benchmarking against external manufacturing companies (What's really best practice in China market?
