This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, takes pride in high standards, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & ReceptionProvide a polished, professional welcome to all visitors.Manage incoming calls and emails with confidence and clarity.Coordinate meeting room bookings using the UMA system.Maintain immaculate reception, lobby, meeting room, and cloakroom areas.Operations & Event SupportSet up and reset meeting rooms, including manual handling of furniture (tables, chairs, partition walls).Deliver AV and technical support for meetings and events.Manage incoming and outgoing post.Provide administrative support such as scanning and data collation.Hospitality & Pantry ManagementPrepare and serve lunches and event catering to a high standard.Maintain kitchen and pantry cleanliness, including dishwasher operation and clearing service items.Conduct weekly stock counts, place orders, and process invoices.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (including fridge temperature logs).Hours: 40 hours per week, Rotational shifts (7am–4pm, 9am–6pm, or 10am–7pm) Monday - Friday. Candidates must be flexible to meet business needs, including occasional weekend coverage. Salary: £27,976 per annum
